What should I get my Mom for her birthday?

i want something creative. Something other then flowers or a nice shirt...I don't have a lot of choice though because I'm only 15, so not a lot of money. I can't think of anything really creative...Any help?

What should I get my Mom for her birthday?
A kiss and a hug....and tell her shes special
Reply:Christian Dior Lipstick.

It's the most amazing lipstick she will ever wear.

You just have to get the right color.
Reply:Pictures. Do something cool with pictures. Maybe a good one of the two of your and have it enlarged. You can do this at Walgreens or walmart for around 5$.
Reply:i dont kno if you hav anything like this in your area, but there are places where you can design your own purse. it doesnt cost all too much, and is really fun. get her a gift card to something like that or search online for fun 'design your own' type things.
Reply:get her an album with a copy of her favourite photo of you along with a birthday card
Reply:I like getting stuff that says MOM on it. Like a cup or necklace.
Reply:Maybe you could buy a basket (which she'll use for something) and fill it with the little things she likes. Make it all about how well you know her. for example, for my mom I filled it with, Her favorite chocolate, nail polish, pretty handkerchiefs, a small hand lotion for her purse, breath mints, pretty note pad, little soaps, just small things like that. You can find most of these things at a dollar store. She'll be tickeled at how well you know what she likes.
Reply:dvd
Reply:Some Ralph Lauren Polos
Reply:Burn a CD with her favorite music, something that you know that she would like. Then do the cover as a birthday card.
Reply:I used to just clean up the house and make my mother breakfast for her birthday if I had no money. Just pamper her and don't let her lift a finger.
Reply:You should be able to go to a hair or nail salon and purchase a gift certificate for a manicure or pedicure. If she doesn't get those on a regular basis, she will appreciate that. Should cost about $15 depending on where you live.

Or make her dinner that night.. clean the house for her that day.. look around and see if there are some tickets to a local play and take her to that. Many times those tickets are less expensive. If you have an art gallery or something else that she likes, take her to that.

What will mean the most is that you want to be with her on her special day. For most Moms I've met, being with her would beat buying her something.
Reply:Maybe a coffee cup with a nice painted picture. Done by you.
Reply:Make her a card and tell her how much you love her and thank her for all that she does for you, followed by a big hug and kiss. To mothers, there is no greater gift than the love from their child.
Reply:A gift card to her favorite store or you could put together a "beauty basket" with lotions, nail products, etc.
Reply:My mom's favorite gift was the birth ring we gave here. It is a ring with all of her children's birthstones. Even if you are an only child it makes a beautiful gift. You can't lose.
Reply:How about a scrapbook of you and her or somthing similiar like that.......maybe offer to do housework for a week ! I know most moms would love that !!
Reply:Go to Things Remembered in the mall, you can get something really nice (for like $20) engraved
Reply:Maybe make a photo album of you and her. Find pictures of when you were younger and recent pictures and write little quotes around them. She will love it!!
Reply:picture to hang on the wall of the children if you got brothers and sisters.
Reply:You can make her a necklace or a bracelet. You can go to one of those unfinished pottery stores, paint her a coffee mug, or a frame. Stuff a basket with movie tickets, certificate for free popcorn and soda. Tell her you will take her out to the movies whenever she wants. I'm sure that what your Mom really wants is to spend time with you, so anything that you and her can do together would be a special present.
Reply:I think the sentiment involved is a lot more important than the gift itself. Get her a nice card with something thoughful and original written on it. Not the usual "Happy Birthday", with superfluous exclamation marks and love hearts.

If you do want a good present though, get her something she needs instead of something from Hallmark. It may seem like a crappy gift, but mothers always appreciate moisturizers, anti-wrinkle cream and other skincare products.

Good luck!
Reply:Have her choose where she wants to go to lunch and you treat, but i would tell her when you get there so that she knows to take it light and you do lunch because its not as expensive as dinner!
Reply:idk.
Reply:A lot of times mothers get really emotional if you give them something nice with a really thoughtful card. Something handmade would also be good (depending on the time and skills that you have). Store bought is frequently not the way to go, especially at your age. At 15, something sweet is considered one of the best things ever because of the angry teenager cliche.
Reply:what i did when i was twelve i made my mom breakfast in bed and wrote her a song and dedicated it to her on the radio!
Reply:Hi,

Get your mom a DVD of her favorite movie or get her a gift card at her favorite restaurant or store. but if your really broke you can just get her some nice flowers and a pretty card moms always like that kind of stuff plus i think you mom will understand anyway.

Tell you mom happy birthday for me : D!!!

Have a nice day.
