My mum is 50 this saturday and i have got no idea what to get her. I don't want to buy the normal flowers / bubble bath type of presents - something a bit original?? budget about £100 max

If she has a sense of humor, make fun of her age. If not, do it anyway.
Reply:Well I am from the united states so i am not sure how much that is in your money but i have always found that putting it in a gift card and allowing her to buy what she wants is always good......no worries....do you have a local mall that has a gift card or does she like a certain restraunt...or you could go and have a family pic done of all the kids and grandkids if there are any
Reply:bring her out to a dinner and a movie maybe she would like a make over. treat her special turning 50 can be scary, get her a nice outfit that compliments her.let her know that she looks good .
