What can i get my nan for her birthday?

my great nan has everything i have now ran out of ideas she is 93 this month on 29th wat should i buy her she likes animals flowers anything really

What can i get my nan for her birthday?
Older folks love things that make them feel warm and comfy. They tend to get cold when the rest of us are cozy.

I'd go with a lightweight throw with a nice design,.... or a soft, soft sweater or shoulder wrap. Something like in the link below. No arm holes mean it's easy to put on and off and still keeps her nice and warm. And it has pockets for the inevitable tissues.
Reply:Get a little notebook and write down all your favorite memories of times you spent with her, what you learned from watching and listening to her. You could add pictures of you while you were growing up. I am sure that would be something she would cherish with all her heart because it came from your heart. Sometimes the best gifts are free.
Reply:Diapers with animals and flowers, but the flowers turn yellow and the animals vanish when she wets them.
Reply:93! Amazing, how about a scrapbook or memory book of her life, gather the old dusty photographs that she keeps hidden away and create a book that celebrates her life to date with spare pages to fill for the years that come!

A gift that you create yourself will mean so much more to your Nan than something shop bought. How about even a beautiful frame for her favourite photograph?

Flowers come and go but something like the memory book lasts and will bring memories back for her, she will enjoy looking through it and will think of you every time she does.

Wish your Nan a happy 93rd birthday from me!
Reply:Old clothes like old fashion ones i mean and a basket of rainbow flowers .
Reply:Idea 1. Can you get all the generations together for a photo? With your nan , her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren ..... and if you can't, so much can be done digitally nowadays that if you have the photos, the individuals can be 'placed' all into one photo. Not only will she love it, but later all all the family will treasure it too.

Idea 2. Can you make a montage of photos that is her life story, all in the one picture frame? A big one of her now surrounded by smaller ones of her as a baby, a bit bigger and so on growing up, with landmark photos such as her wedding and anniversary photos?

I have a treasured photo of four generations - my mum (now sadly RIP), me, my daughter and her baby. And in one picture frame is my parents' married life - their wedding photo, and the children when small, and another with parents and children now grown up, surrounded by smaller pics of mum as a girl growing up and the same of my dad as boy to man. Entire family history in one, easy idea to replicate, very impressive to see.
Reply:a plot in the cemetry lol

no seriously. i have no idea tbh, but to reach 93!!!!!! thats a present in itself
Reply:You could buy her a nice bouquet of flowers and make her a card or something. That's what I would do if I'm stuck for ideas on what to get people and if your nan's like mine she'd probably prefer it to you spending all your money on her when she's already got everything she wants !
Reply:A new headscarf with the british flag on it
Reply:I think some flowers with a big hug can do as something special, because grown ups doesn't really need anything, they only want your presence during their special day, you can even give her a card and write in how you thanked her and how grateful are you to have her enter your life...
Reply:Make her a memory book. Put some photos inside it of you and family and write little captions for each photo. She will love it .
Reply:A nice basket arrangement of flowers is a nice change from a bouquet, Im a florist so all my ideas tend to be flower related.
