Need your opinion!! I have to buy a birthday present for my girlfriend and I am not sure what to get!?!?!?

She is 28 years old and a beautiful girl. She works in a corporate environment in the fashion industry. She isnt a snob but is pretty classy and well dressed. Obviously knows her way around being fashionable. I so far have bought a diamond necklace and a bracelet from Tiffanys in the jewelery department of things. I know my way around that just fine. She had mentioned diamond earrings, but when I showed her some ideas she thought I was crazy for spending so much. AT this point in time I am not doing good financially for the moment and need some relief on my wallet. So I just wanted some other ideas of what I can get her. I write poems and get her flowers etc... But as far as presents go please help me out. Thanks for much for any help, and its greatly appreciated!! ; - )

Well, I don't know about her...but if you were having financial problems the last thing I would want is for you to be spending a lot of money on me. I am around the same age and all I want from my hubby is something that shows that he gets me %26amp; listens to me. I love reading, so for Christmas my hubby went to my favorite old book store %26amp; got me books from some of my favorite authors. Then, he found some vintage pin-up art postcards and wrote lovely notes on each. The fact that he knew that I would love this and picked each out just amazed me. I think that the best gift any guy can give a woman is something that took a little thought %26amp; effort.
Reply:Honestly, i would be fine with the Tiffanys, its not too much or too little its fine. And if she appreciates what you do for her or what you bought her she will be happy with that. A girl does not need presents a girl needs a guy determine to be there with her through thick and thin...
Reply:Look for bargains in diamond earrings. I bought for my mum in an auction site which is really cheap and affordable.





If you check this site out, they have some tips on how to bid. I am sure you'll save a lot. You can buy as low as $25 onwards but there are very nice expensive looking ones too, priced a bit more.





I bought once and my mum got so excited she's buying direct from the auction herself.
Reply:Whats the weather like where you live? If it nice, you can plan a scavenger hunt that leads to a romantic picnic or dinner. Not all jewelry has to have diamonds. What about a gem stone ring with her birthstone in it, they aren't that expensive. What about naming a star after her, it costs from $54-$150 plus shipping.
