My boyfriend's friend invited me to his birthday party. I hardly know him. What is a good gift to buy?

I was thinking flowers and a card. Suggestions?

Its nice, but it is a guy . . .


A gas card with a little bit (like 10-15$$) on it would be nice and thoughtful.


But dont feel obligated to buy something, a card is just fine.

Reply:Maybe a gift card, does he read, then Barnes %26amp; Nobel, does he do movies, one from Blockbuster, or just one of those Visa giftcards that can be spent anywhere.

Reply:If it's a small party, then a card. You don't know him so you aren't obliged to get a gift. If it's a big party, "Happy Birthday!" is enough.
