What can I get for my mother's birthday that is $20 or less.?

Except flowers.

What can I get for my mother's birthday that is $20 or less.?
i don't know about your mom, but most mothers appreciate something that you've made yourself. this is because parents already have money, and they could already buy things for themselves if they really wanted to. the best gifts are probably something you've made. however, if you're going to buy something, i suggest making a handmade card, or such to go along with the gift. this shows that you put effort into it, and you really care for your parents.
Reply:You could get her-

make up

clothes

skin care

perfume

crafty stuff

candle

gift card

good luck...
Reply:Ceramic or porcelain teapot %26amp; cup or a music box. My mom's birthday is September 26th and I bought her a music box.
Reply:You can get really good creams and lotions or bath salts etc from Bath, body and works.

They have very cute gift packs for around $15.

Most moms love to pamper themselves with their products.
Reply:You can get some really great stuff for less than $20. Chances are, what she'll like best is something that holds some special significance for the two of you. I made my mother a stepping stone with a kit from a craft store. It cost 14.99 and came with everything I needed except for pictures to embed in it. It takes about 30 minutes to make and a few hours to dry, but it turned out super nice and she loved it. I put our family name with pictures of everyone using the materials in the kit.
Reply:well, what kind of stuff does she like? we need more details here. Chocolates, books, that kinda stuff might be good.
Reply:A card %26amp; a small cake that says "happy birthday mom" ..........or a $20 giftcard to one of her favorite clothing stores, or $20 giftcard to her favorite restaurant.....
Reply:My mom really enjoys shopping so I get her gift certificates, but sometimes I find that rather impersonal so I'll take her to lunch or even better cook her dinner.
Reply:How about some cheap good smelling perfume?
Reply:A frame.

With a picture of you and her in it.
Reply:something that me and my sister do for our mom that is under 20 is a photo album with pics of the family for that year,

or we go to walmart they have a section of sented lotions and soaps that a fairly priced and they actually smell good.

or you can go to a department store and hit the clearnace rack you might be able to find her a nice blouse for under 20.

also something else we do for her birhtday is clean the house untill it is spotless and cook dinner for her. that way she can have the day to do whatever she wants
Reply:Candles and candle holders
Reply:Go take your mom to get a cup of "birthday" coffee (or whatever she drinks at the coffee shop) and TALK with her for about an hour! That would be a WONDERFUL gift, a cup of coffee and talking with her daughter (you!).
Reply:My suggestion would be,spend the evening with her.Tomorrow is a week day so im assuming you have school and she has work but the evening you two could spend together. You cook her dinner for a change, you can use things thats in your kitchen already. You could even cook a few of her favorite simple dishes. Also, you could rent her favorite movie or a movie that contains her favorite actor and serve her favorite snacks, again this is more than likely already in your kitchen.Get her a small card or better yet make her one.You making her a card will mean more than a one from a store because you made it.Everything above can be done with household items and the movie rental may be a small fee but definately less than $20.I guarantee that, the time spent with her will mean more than anything even if it didnt cost any money.Good luck and Happy Early Birthday To Your Mother!
Reply:a book- a gift certificate- you could take her out to dinner- a nice lotion/perfume set a magazine subscritption- an article of clothing- I mean you could do a lot!
Reply:Most nail places have Spa Pedicures for $20. That would be a nice treat.
Reply:You can get candy, chocolates or a nice mothers day card.
Reply:A cd of music that she would like.
Reply:As a mother I think she'd like something that shows her how much you appreciate her. Just make her a card and spend some time with her. Gift certificate to Starbucks and a nice card. Trust me mom don't care about how much you spend on their gift. As long as you put thought into it she'll love it.
Reply:it really depends on what she likes . . . you might be able to find a shower gel set . . or a candle set . . . or a nice blouse . . or you could use the $20 to cook her a meal . . .
Reply:I think maybe a candle, that smells nice and a letter saying how much she means to you. Or one of my best presents from my girls was a couple of I owe yous which had my birth date and the expiration date was next years Birth date. One was cleaning my car, one was cleaning the house. Something that you know she hates to do or that you know she would like having you do. Maybe even a foot rub if she works on her feet all day. Those things cost nothing but mean a great deal.
Reply:Go to store and get her some nice things for bathroom she has, like special soaps and bath salts those are kind of inexpensiv and she will like them!!! My mother did when i get her birthday present last time and get her card she like that!!
Reply:you could go see a movie with her and buy popcorn and drinks. or buy 2 movie pass and tell your mom to go with your dad like a date. she'll not care how much or how little you spent. the thought is impt.
Reply:get her a book and make her a nice cake and cook her dinner if your allowed to cook and set the table and put flowers on it and if she likes candles you can buy her some too if you have money left.
Reply:bake her a cake and decorate it with some frosting..

then cut some flowers from your garden..( if you have some) and give them to her
Reply:I would get her a gift card.Or if that don't so so good get her a card and put the rest of the 20 dollars in it.(but u probably don't want to give her the change)
