Birthday party TODAY help!!!?

My birthday party is today and im turning 13. I need to know what to wear. Right now im decideing whether or not to wear :





a spagetthi strap black and white flowered dress that kinda fitws like a babydoll and goes up to my knees





or a babydoll shirt in a nice deep blue that has lace and gray, blue and tan plaid shorts with silver ballet flats.





We%26#039;re going to an italian restaurant and then to a hotel room and swimming. WHat hair, and acessories and even possible a little make up, and a purse should i wear? Help pease ( any of it is appreciated. )

What color is your eyes, hair, and skin tone? That would REALLY help.





I think that the babydoll will look best on you no matter what your hair and skin are like, the black and white might not look good on fair skin but it would probably look good on medium/dark skin. Also, the babydoll shirt and the plaid shorts is comfier and party/casual which is good for 13. So I suggest the babydoll, shorts, and flats.





Makeup, just a little clear or black WATERPROOF mascara and some light lip gloss. If you don%26#039;t have waterproof mascara, then don%26#039;t wear any because you don%26#039;t want it to run after swimming. You don%26#039;t need alot of make up anyway, you%26#039;re only 13.





For your hair wear it down naturally or straightened, if you curl it the curls will just fall out after swimming and then get all frizzy. You could also do french braids, that way when your hair gets wet it won%26#039;t be clumpy and look weird and they are just very pretty. =)





If you wear the babydoll and shorts, wear simple silver or blue earrings/necklace/bracelet (but not both necklace and bracelet, it%26#039;s too much) and if you wear the dress wear simple silver, pink, or blue earrings/bracelet/necklace (same, not both, too much).





For purse, I think you should bring either black or white, black if you wear the dress and white if you wear the babydoll and shorts.

I%26#039;d wear maybe a white pearl strand necklace %26amp; earrings if you have one, but if not then just something silver. Then for your hair just down and straight or curly. For make-up, do powder, light pinky blush, a LITTLE bit of blue-ish eyeshadow, and mascara then curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. As for your purse, anything works.





Your birthday plans sound fun, I did that one year too except I didn%26#039;t go to an italian restaurant we had mexican food instead! Anyway, hope you have fun and happy birthday! It%26#039;s actually my best friend%26#039;s birthday too, lol!

Reply:Hmmmm...well the dress will appear more dressy. (duh.) So, depending on how fancy you look, u may want to wear the baby doll top if you want to run around and be active or whatever. I think both would look nice. I think the blue/gray outfit might be a little cuter, but the dress would look more party-like. But it%26#039;s only for dinner...

Reply:I like the dress! sounds cute..but it your going to go swimming i dont suggest a lot of makeup. unless you are going to have time to take it off. if you do, i suggest a light coat of foundation, a little blush and some lipgloss, and if you want eyeliner (white eyeshadow would look great with your dress, with a LITTLE black eyeliner on your eyelid and under your eye) for your hair i would do a kind of wet curl look. wet your hair and towl dry it. then take gel and scrunch your hair with it. once your done that hairspray it. or just straighten it and pull the very top up. maybe a black necklace and a white bracelet. HAVE FUN!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
