Any ideas on how to surprise a lady friend on her birthday?

So, a lady friends birthday is coming up, and I want to surprise her. Any ideas or suggestions?





She doesn’t know I will be in town, so that’s the first surprise.. also, I wouldn’t mind taking her out, but I am sure all of her friends have something planned… maybe sending flowers to her home? I dunno, that’s all I got, so I was thinking the brilliant people in Y!A could help me out..

Hmmm, If you CAN, find out where her friends are taking her, and pop out from behind somewhere at THAT location. My friends did that for ME one year, and I WAS SO THRILLED to see an old friend! I will NEVER FORGET that night! Good Luck!!! =) xoxo
Reply:Alright, I%26#039;ll give you the clincher on this. If you think it%26#039;s too unmanly, OK. Get a blank note card, %26amp; draw some pretty flower/s on it. Get a darning needle %26amp; some 5-7mm silk thread. Do the flower with that., %26amp; don%26#039;t forget to tie it when done. Who, male or female would throw away a card like that? It really shows a loving heart. Just write something nice with good wishes. The handmade card will carry the feelings.

All girls can use diamond stud earrings or maybe a silver bracelet or necklace with a cute charm on it (something that represents her would be good).

Contact him/her and let that person in on your %26#039;plan%26#039; and ask them to help you out by making plans with her for one evening... have the friend %26quot;reserve%26quot; (for lack of a better word) the entire evening. Say for dinner and a show, or something that takes up the whole night, so your lady friend doesn%26#039;t make plans for after the %26#039;reserved%26#039; plans....





Then make a reservation at a nice restaurant, nice doesn%26#039;t need to mean expensive either (in case you%26#039;re on a budget)... have the helper friend plan to meet her at the restaurant, then instead of the helper showing up, you are there waiting for her... choose a nice wine before she gets there (oh dear are you overage!?), and have an appetizer at the ready.... then have a beautiful romantic, dinner... after wards, go somewhere fun.. you know LESS stuffy and more relaxed.. maybe a nice bar... or a fun activity. Specify to the helper friend what attire would be appropriate for the lady, so she doesn%26#039;t end up being too dressed up or not enough.. that can ruin an evening for a woman!





Plan to have her home at a decent hour, all that surprising can wear a girl out!

thoughtful in presentation. Always make a personal appearance with friends and family. And especially with a


very good friend, at that. And they appreciate it more.

Reply:I%26#039;d take her somewhere that she%26#039;s never been. Get tickets to something without telling her first. (A game, comedy club, concert) I don%26#039;t watch sports on t.v. but I love going to live games. I%26#039;ve only been to one, and it was MINOR league baseball. If a guy that I liked showed up at my house with tickets to a pro game of any kind, I would love it. Even if I already had plans, they%26#039;d be cancelled. But that%26#039;s me. Comedy clubs are nice too.





If she likes you, I%26#039;m sure she would love anything that you do for her. Surprising her with your presence would be one big gift in itself!!
