I am trying to do something romantic for my wife for her birthday but i am deployed to kuwait. any suggestions
Do you have a way of sending her a video of yourself? I am really dumb when it comes to stuff like that but I think someone could take one of you with a digital camera and you could send it to her over the computer. I think that would touch her heart to actually get to "see" you. You could just wish her a happy birthday and tell her how much you love her and miss her. I would like that more than any material gift.
Reply:Yes, get out of places you shouldn't be destroying other peoples lives in their own countries or their famlies in the first place, and get back home where you do belong. There's no substitute for the real thing. You were wrong to leave love for war, needless war, in the first place, so correct your mistake any way you can, lie to the army, heck they sure lied to you.
Reply:Call her local radio station and have them call her for you to say Happy B-day and to tell her you miss her and love her very much and to request for them to play yall's song. I listen to the radio a couple of months ago and a guy did this for his wife and it brought tears to my eyes. It was so sweet.
Reply:You can do everything even inside yur home.. you can cook your specialty or special menu for her or you can afford and make a candle light to be more romantic. Or make a bday card that is personalized.
Reply:Send her lots of roses , balloons, and teddy bears to her work, and also see if there is any way of making a live video for her to see telling her happy birthday and how much you love her.. That will melt her heart.
Reply:Creative is the key. I know that while my husband was in Iraq, I kept trying to come up with good, creative ideas for him.

Send her a "coupon book" of "gifts" she can redeem when you get back. Like maybe a back massage, a romantic dinner, stuff like that. It will give her stuff to look forward to. You can also include stuff like coupons for a day where she gets to just relax and you take care of all the errands and chores.

Go www.mydavinci.com. You can have a picture made that looks like something the artist Andy Warhol would have done, but it will have a picture you send in. You could submit a wedding picture. It's romantic and definietly unique.

Good luck.
